Bitcoin: Remote connection issue to Sparrow resolved

Cause of the problem
The 403 error is usually caused by the following:
- Rate limiting

- Authentication issues: In some cases, when attempting to authenticate to the remote Bitcoin Core node, authentication errors may occur, resulting in a 403 HTTP status code.
Solution
To address this issue, our technical team has implemented several fixes to ensure a smooth and secure connection for all users:
- Rate limiting adjustment: We have adjusted the rate limiting on some of our nodes to allow more connections from external IP addresses.
